Prep Time: 10 minutes
Chill Time: 20 minutes
Yield: 12–14 balls
Ingredients:
1 cup rolled oats
½ cup vanilla or chocolate protein powder - vegan protein powder
¼ cup peanut butter (or almond butter)
¼ cup honey or maple syrup
2 tbsp cocoa powder
2–3 tbsp milk (as needed)
4–6 mini Cadbury eggs (chopped)
Instructions:
In a mixing bowl, combine oats, protein powder, and cocoa powder.
Add peanut butter and honey, mixing until a thick dough starts to form.
Add milk 1 tablespoon at a time until the mixture holds together but isn’t sticky.
Fold in chopped Cadbury eggs, distributing evenly throughout the mixture.
Scoop and roll into bite-sized balls (about 1 tablespoon each).
Place on a plate or tray and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes to firm up.
Store in the fridge and enjoy chilled.
Tips:
Don’t over-add milk — the mixture should be slightly firm
Chop Cadbury eggs into small chunks for better distribution
If too sticky, add a bit more oats
If too dry, add a little more peanut butter or honey
